Zumba Fitness® is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends great music and energetic steps to form a “fitness-party” — and there is a class designed for baby boomers.

SENIOR Solutions invites you to “Zumba Gold For Life” on Saturday, February 25th, from 9:00 am-1:00 pm. The day will feature Zumba lessons taught by certified instructors, a brief healthy-living seminar, door prizes and lunch. The cost is $15 per participant.
