National SilverSneakers Day 2011

May 17, 2011, was National SilverSneaker’s Day, and our senior centers celebrated. Our Anderson location gave away “Senior Superlatives,” and Seneca had a fantastic luncheon. SilverSneakers is an exercise program designed specifically for seniors, and it works — our members are proof of that!
